Hands on AI Workship by Distribution Strategy Group (All Attendees)

The session is built for both distributor and supplier members, with content designed for sales and purchasing leaders who need a real path forward. Attendees will leave with a working roadmap framework, two or three demonstrated AI applications they can replicate the next week, and a clear understanding of where to invest first.

This workshop is designed to deliver five measurable outcomes for IBC’s distributor and supplier members:

1. Demystify AI for members with limited or no IT resources. Establish a shared vocabulary and remove the noise so attendees can separate hype from real applications.
2. Demonstrate two to three live applications using widely available large language models (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini), so attendees see what is possible without a SaaS subscription or a vendor selection process.
3. Equip every attendee with at least one specific tool or technique they can implement within their first week back, addressing real distribution and supplier workflows.
4. Provide a distribution-specific roadmap framework that helps each attendee identify the five or six AI use cases worth pursuing in their business, instead of the fifty being marketed.
5. Position IBC as the network that helps the long tail of members move from AI curiosity to AI execution, supporting the existing IBC Power Hour program with deeper applied content.
